My goal is to help you:

• Learn ways to connect with your soul and spirit, heal old wounds, and break generational patterns of dysfunction and abuse.
• Access a form of counsel and information that comes from a place within. This source is not just linear, rational, and logical. It is also mystical, intuitive, compassionate, and loving.
• Learn to meditate, do yoga, create art, and develop your intuitive ability.
• Experience healing, wholeness, and a palpable sense of feeling less alone in the universe.
• This sense of power and safety comes from opening to that mysterious greater something. We call it divine spirit, higher power, great spirit, or goddess — you name it.

A little about me:

I am a wife, a mom of two, and mom to an adorable dog, Luna. I enjoy:

• Nature walks and gentle yoga
• Intuitive painting and art
• Getting lost in a good book and cooking
• Quality time with soul sisters and family (when we can break away from the screens!)

I have been on my own spiritual warrior’s healing journey for many years. I continue to walk that path. I am making a deep commitment to my own personal healing and growth.

Experience

I have provided psychotherapy and intuitive healing for 23 years in clinical settings including:

• In-patient psychiatric and emergency rooms
• Outpatient clinics and detoxes
• College counseling centers

I opened my private practice in 2013 in response to what I witnessed in my work with individuals, especially women. We are moving further into a world of great change and uncertainty. This period seems to be the hallmark of the early 21st century. Many of us feel a growing need to live from a place of true authenticity. We seek meaningful relationships with what we consider sacred.

We hunger for a larger sense of meaning. We crave something not so focused on material possessions, money, status, or prestige.

I strive to stay balanced and divinely connected. I aim to be present in life’s demands. I love supporting others in doing the same.
